Piesporter

Our white wine of the month is our Piesporter available in our 100% pure juice! This beautifully fragrant, light-bodied wine is made from Riesling and Müller-Thurgau grapes. With hints of green apple and peaches, Piesporter makes for the perfect summer wine.

Distinctive features from its homeland. This wine owes its outstanding characteristics to its exquisite Mosel origin where fruity 'minerality' abounds a white wine with a pale golden colour and subtle hints of blue. This inexpensive summer time sipper hails from the banks of Germany’s Mosel river in Trier. Though the nose is on the weaker side, this light, crisp wine is well-balanced and has a floral nose reminiscent of apple blossoms, with some exotic fruit notes. It is fresh and subtle with the proper amount of alcohol (not overpowering) and the green apple lingers on the palate extensively.

This wine pairs perfectly with Peach Crêpes!
